Project Management Caravan

This project started with Project Management Training Course on which participated members of Blue Sky Youth Network. The training was held in British Council in Skopje in March 2008. Actually, the training was to get trainers into one place so they can share their experience, their knowledge and to discuss and develop the action plan for the Blue Sky National Project named “Weekend PM Caravan”. The training was lead by Erina Najdovska. On the training the participants improved their communication and presentation skills, learned a lot of practical things about writing, implementing and organizing projects as well as a lot information about project management.

The implementation Team for the National Project “Weekend PM Caravan” was formed by the trainers that came out from this Project Management Training Course. In the team were:

• Cvetanka Gjurovska

The aim of the Team was to train and to share their knowledge and experience with as much as possible Blue Sky Local Clubs. The Team started with work immediately after the training course. They passed a lot of clubs and educated the Blue Sky member about project management using the method of workshops and lectures. The results of this “Weekend PM Caravan” came very soon - in the Blue Sky Executive Office arrived a lot of drafts for projects from the Blue Sky Local Clubs. This was a very successful accomplished National Project of the Blue Sky Youth Network using its own capacities.
