London Adventure

The Blue Sky Youth Network in partnership with “Momentum Youth Development” (The United Kingdom) and “Stichting YOEP” (The Netherlands) organized the MOMENTORS youth training in London, The United Kingdom, from 16 to 23 July 2010.

The MOMENTORS training was an excellent opportunity for activating new young leaders who have an interest in becoming actors of change in their society. Total 6 participants and 1 leader from Blue Sky Youth Network were part of this event. Read more about their experience from their statements:

Kristina said:

“I really enjoyed the time spend in London... We learned a lot of new things, meet different cultures and new people; also we had a lot of fun... During the course I found my hopes and wishes for the future with other words I found myself. It was very exciting week especially the sightseeing in London, the Business Challenge at Lambeth Academy and the biggest challenge for us Performance of TV program. That was the best week of my life and I will never forget the people I meet and the things I have learned... Miss you all.”

Despina said:

“This course was the best thing that happened in my life. I enjoyed so much. I learned a lot of new things, meet friends that will always stay in my heart, saw some incredible places, and had the biggest challenges in my life- The Business Challenge and the Performance of TV program. It was a pleasure to work with team like Momentum team. Hugs to all miss you :)”

Daniel said:

“After this great week in London, I must say that my life is changed forever. I learned a lot of new things, I developed my skills and I have an excellent adventure together with a lot of young people from Great Britain and The Nederland’s. So many funny moments, so many happy moments… will always stay in my mind. Oh I must do it again.”

Dragana said:

“This project was fantastic experience for me. First of all I improved my leadership skills and also developed my competences. Leadership Course is a wonderful opportunity for every single person for learning, meeting new interesting people and making contacts and of course has a lot of fun that was one of the best weeks in my life. It was very well organized and everyone was feeling great. There was a chance for all participants to express themselves.”
