Blue Sky Executive Office
The Executive Director is responsible for:
- He/she is legal representative of Blue Sky Youth Network.
- Leading the organization on sustainable and long-term way.
- Accomplishing the aims of the Blue Sky Strategy, thought making and implementing the Action Plan in cooperation with the Project Managers.
- Coordinating and monitoring the work of the Project Managers.
- Searching for sponsors and finances.
- Financial and economic work of the organization.
- Motivating the members of the Executive office.
- Submitting reports to the BOART.
- Preparing the activities for the Assembly meeting.
- Cooperation with governmental and nongovernmental organizations and institutions
- At the end of his/her term, preparing a complete report for his/her successor.
- Promoting the Blue Sky Youth Network.
On the position Executive Director of Blue Sky Youth Network is Stojan Petrevski. He is member of Blue Sky already six years. He started as a member of the Blue Sky Local Club in Berovo at 2005, then he became a Local Coordinator for that club and after that function he was chosen for the position Regional Coordinator. Also he was Network Administrator. In 2009 he achieve this position.

The Programme Director is responsible for:
- Promoting and managing the programme activities of the Blue Sky Youth Network.
- Working in accordance with the Blue Sky strategy.
- Coordinates and supervises the work of the project managers.
- Coordinates and supervises the process of project implementation and other activities of the organization.
- Cooperation with the members of the Blue Sky Executive Office.
- At the end of his/her term, preparing a complete report for his/her successor.
- Promoting the Blue Sky Youth Network.
On the position Programme Director of Blue Sky Youth Network is Marko Markovski. He has been active in the civil society for almost six years. He was chosen on this position in 2009. Here what he said about it: “Considering as a challenge to work for the biggest youth network in Macedonia, I have decided to apply for the position of Programme Director and to give support in further strengthening of the organization and its capacities, aiming to offer a wide range of opportunities for the young people.”

The Manager for Public Relations is responsible for:
- Promoting the Blue Sky Youth Network.
- Coordination and supervises the work of the Team for web.
- Coordination and supervises the work of the Team for membership.
- Coordination and supervises the work of the Team for researching.
- Advocacy and consistent representation of the organization on local, national and international event.
- Establishing relations with other organizations, with the local authorities and the government.
- At the end of his/her term, preparing a complete report for his/her successor.
On this position is Daniel Josifovski. He is member of Blue Sky Youth Network since 2006 as member of the BSLC Gostivar. In 2007 and 2008 he was member of the local structure of the BSLC Gostivar on the position Coordinator for Public Relation. In 2009 he was chosen for this position.

The Network Administrator is responsible for:
- Managing, coordinating and supervising the work of the Regional Coordinators, the Coordinator of the Uni Clubs and the Coordinator of Alumni Club.
- Searching for sources for financing the activities of the Local Clubs, the Uni Clubs and the Alumni Club, in cooperation with the Executive Director and the Programme Director.
- Sending Monthly Reports to the Executive Director and the Program Director.
- Suggesting possible solution for the Network development and enlargement.
- At the end of his/her term, preparing a complete report for his/her successor.
- Promoting the Blue Sky Youth Network.
On the position Network Administrator is Cvetanka Gjurovska. She became member in 2006 and in 2007 she was elected for the position Local Coordinator of BSLC Gevgelija. The next year she was reelected for the same position and she was also chosen as a member of the Project Team for National Projects of Blue Sky Youth Network. She came on this position in 2009.
The Office Administrator is responsible for:
- Organizing weekly and monthly meeting for the members of the Executive Office.
- Maintaining and collating the (financial and administrational) documentation of the Blue Sky Youth Network.
- Sending statement to the media and all Blue Sky Members.
- At the end of his/her term, preparing a complete report for his/her successor.
- Promoting the Blue Sky Youth Network
On this position is Veronika Velkovska. She is member of Blue Sky Youth Network since 2005. She has worked on a lot of project and events. She become part of the Executive Office in 2008 on the position Coordinator of the projects for professional opportunities. On the next election she was chosen to be on this position.
The Project Manager for personal development of the youth is responsible for:
- Implementation and realization of the Action 1: “Encouraging personal development of the youth” of the Blue Sky Strategy.
- Implementation of activities which contribute to personal development of the youth.
- Coordinating, monitoring and evaluating of the work of the project coordinators.
- Fulfilling applications for projects and submitting them to donors.
- Realizing contacts with partners and implementation of partners’ projects.
- Logistical support of the network regarding sustainable development and developing of the position project manager.
- Cooperation with the other project managers and with the members of the Blue Sky Executive Office.
- At the end of his/her term, preparing a complete report for his/her successor.
- Promoting the Blue Sky Youth Network.
On this position is Ivana Stojkovska. She is member of Blue Sky Youth Network already four years. She started as member of the Blue Sky Local Club in Veles, then she became a Local Coordinator of that club and since 2009 she is member of the Executive office on this position. She has participated in lot processes of implementation of projects as member of the several project teams.
The Project Manager for promoting positive values is responsible for:
- Implementation and realization of the Action 2: “Promotion of positive values” of the Blue Sky Strategy.
- Implementation of activities which contribute to promoting positive values among youngsters.
- Coordinating, monitoring and evaluating of the work of the project coordinators.
- Fulfilling applications for projects and submitting them to donors.
- Realizing contacts with partners and implementation of partners’ projects.
- Logistical support of the network regarding sustainable development and developing of the position project manager.
- Cooperation with other project managers and also near cooperation with the members of the Blue Sky Executive Office.
- At the end of his/her term, preparing a complete report for his/her successor.
- Promoting the Blue Sky Youth Network.
On this position is Dane Josifovski. He is member of Blue Sky Youth Network since 2006 as member of the BSLC Gostivar. In 2007 he was part of the BSLC structure on the position Web Master. In 2008 he was chosen to be Local coordinator for the project: „Our climate is changing, so must we”. In 2009 he becomes Project Manager for promoting positive values.
The Project Manager for encouraging youth participation in creating and implementing youth policies is responsible for:
- Implementation and realization of the Action 3: “Encouraging youth participation in creating and implementing youth policies” of the Blue Sky Strategy.
- Implementation of activities which contribute to youth participation in creating and implementing youth policies.
- Coordinating, monitoring and evaluating of the work of the project coordinators.
- Fulfilling applications for projects and submitting them to donors.
- Realizing contacts with partners and implementation of partners’ projects.
- Logistical support of the network regarding sustainable development and developing of the position project manager.
- Cooperation with other project managers and also near cooperation with the members of the Blue Sky Executive Office.
- At the end of his/her term, preparing a complete report for his/her successor.
- Promoting the Blue Sky Youth Network.
This position at the moment is unfilled.
The Project Manager for institutional development and organizational straightening is responsible for:
- Seeking new opportunities for improvement of the organizational and process of the structure of the Blue Sky Youth Network.
- Creates possibilities for training and upgrade of all Blue Sky Members.
- Researches and develops partnerships with potential collaborators of the Blue Sky Youth Network.
- Coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the projects in this field.
- Investigates and suggest new creative and meticulous methods for the organizational straitening of the Blue Sky Youth Network.
- At the end of his/her term, preparing a complete report for his/her successor.
- Promoting the Blue Sky Youth Network.
On this position is Erina Najdovska. She is one of the participants at the first Blue Sky Summer School and has worked on various posts in the Blue Sky structures and teams, because of that she has huge experience. She is at this position since 2009.
The Regional Coordinators are responsible for:
- He/she is contact point between the Blue Sky Local Coordinator and the Network Administrator.
- Sending Monthly Reports to the Network Administrator.
- Coordination of the activities of the clubs that are part of his/her region.
- Initiative cooperation between the Blue Sky Local Clubs.
- At the end of his/her term, preparing a complete report for his/her successor.
- Promoting the Blue Sky Youth Network.
The Blue Sky Youth Network has six regions. For each region is responsible one Regional Coordinator. The division of the clubs by the regions is well shown in the section Blue Sky Structure.
