ThIs year, we started with some old and New people in our creative “blue sky” Group. it iS almost impossible to Find the Right wOrds to explane the positive atMosphere That the young members of “blue sky” are creating during the meetings. HonEstly, me, as their leader, could not wish a Better team to Lead, and I can say that I am very proUd. EvEn if we haven’t done a lot of activitieS, the voluntary gathering was a great challenge for us because our guests were people who are worKing with and in non-government organizations much longer than us.

Blue Sky Local Club team in Kicevo was re-established in October 2009. On the first meeting we were around 25 members, and now we are team with amazing 50 members, full with energy and powers to reach the sky. Since November 2009 the team in the Blue Sky Local Club Kicevo had more than 30 meetings. On the meetings we share some ideas about future activities, create interesting workshops, discuss about different subject and make new friends. With one word we started to live with Blue Sky spirit.

Blue Sky local club - Berovo is very active and creative club. The club has about 55 members. All members are young, creative and hard-working persons, full with a lot of ideas and enthusiasm.

We have done some excellent projects and activities, which were visited from many citizens of Berovo. We organized a short lecture for prevention and protection from the virus AH1N1 (pork flu). We also took part in New Year decoration of our town. We have a drama team and we are practicing for a drama performance. In addition, we have had some great parties like Hospital Party and Halloween Party. We have many ideas for new good projects for the future.

Blue Sky Youth Network as a partner organization participate on “Assistant Leader Training”. The topic of this training was „It’s magic, but not a miracle“.

The training was held in Aurich, Germany from 8 of January to 15 of January. There were participants from England, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, and Macedonia of course represented by three Blue Skyers: Jovan Stojanovski, Dafinka Kaleshkoska and Marko Markovski.

New project on the horizon. Hey Blue Skyers read this new opportunity for you. Blue Sky as partner organization of the Networking Project will send 3 participants to attend it.

The seminar is in Great Britain from 1 to 5 of February, 2010. Because the participants will represent what Blue Sky has done until now and more about our future work, the call is open just for members with bigger experience in Blue Sky work. Accommodation and food cost are covered by the hosting organization, as well as 70% of the travel cost. All interested should send a CV and Motivation letter on contact@bluesky.org.mk, as soon as possible, not later than 11 of January 2010.

And don’t forget, a lot of new activities are coming… only the Blue Sky can be a limit.

Dear Blue Sky members

The Blue Sky network is a part of a new inter cultural network Youth CAN based in Turkey. One of the partner organizations applied for a project at the Anna Lindh Foundation and they got the project. The project is called "I see you every day" and it will be from 8 and 13 January 2010 (including arrival and departure days) in Antalya,Turkey. There would be a unique opportunity for 1 representative from Blue Sky to participate.

Hello to all members of Blue Sky over Macedonia and the world. Blue Sky send you positive energy in this snowy weather and remind you that only the sky is the limit.

This weekend, while outside was pretty snowing the members of the Executive Board of Blue Sky in a very warm atmosphere were working on revising the strategy. A lot of efforts and energy, which originates from the Blue Sky member's motivation for progress of the network, contributed to success in the work. While outside temperatures were falling, in the office of the Blue Sky creativity and initiation were rising up. The participants gave a lot of new ideas, very creative solutions and the objective was successfully achieved. The entire activity was conducted in the presence of a specialist in this field Mr. Fatmir Betiki. The activity was with high supports from OSCE..

After this activity we promise you more new projects, seminars, trainings ... And do not forget to be the change you wish to see in the community.

Blue Sky Local Club – Berovo participated in decorating the center of our town for the holidays. We cooperated with the company from Kocani and employees in the municipality of Berovo. The photos testify to the work and Blue Sky LC Berovo once again showed that only the sky is the limit.
